Refund policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your masterpiece. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your masterpiece must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In its original Lallaux packaging, with all materials included
- In the same condition as when it was received
How to initiate a return: Contact our Lallaux Concierge team at support@lallaux.com with your order number. We will confirm your return and provide shipping instructions.
Return shipping: Returns are shipped at the client's expense. Given the value of each one-of-a-kind masterpiece, we require that returns be sent via an insured, tracked courier service.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned masterpiece, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
A note on exchanges: Every Lallaux masterpiece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted — no two are alike. For this reason, exchanges for an identical masterpiece are not possible. You are welcome to return your masterpiece and place a new order for any available piece in our collection.
Custom Commissions
Bespoke and custom-commissioned masterpieces are made to your specifications and are considered final sale. These are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your masterpiece arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lallaux.com or via WhatsApp. Include photographs of the damage or discrepancy.
Maison Lallaux will arrange and cover the return shipping. We will offer a full refund or, where available, a replacement.
